Extra-Curricular Activities
Bloomfield girls can enjoy a wide range of extra-curricular activities including speech and drama,
gymnastics, music tuition, swimming, and tennis. The close link to Bloomfield Collegiate Grammar
allows our school to enjoy access to specialist teaching and grammar school facilities in music, art and sport.
Girls in P4-P7 have the opportunity to learn to play a musical instrument of their choice.
A wide range of musical instruments is available along with singing lessons. Tuition is
competitively priced.
For our budding athletes, we have a varied Sports curriculum including games, gymnastics, dance,
netball, athletics, tennis and swimming. Swimming lessons begin in year 4 and each child is encouraged
to reach their full potential.
In addition the school regularly invites a wide range of guest speakers and each class
participates in educational visits.
